A while back I had tried to freeze my account and succeeded. Once my account was frozen it was frozen for about a month. I decided that I would like to unfreeze my account. I went into the Youfit on N. Federal Highway, they told me that I had to pay $15 and that my account would be unfrozen. I left and came back a few days later they informed me that I would have to pay another fee and that my account was still frozen, I was very confused and asked them to unfreeze my account again, they told me to pay a fee and that they would unfreeze it. I came back a few days later again and ran into the same issue, when I explained my frustration to the manager, he was very rude with me as well as his employees, they had very harsh tones with me and one of the employees even began to laugh at me and roll her eyes giving me one of the worst attitudes I have ever received from anyone working in customer service. The reason I was upset was due to the employees lack of qualification and terrible customer service, I was hoping the manager would be helpful however he was not and had an attitude as well. I cancelled my membership due to the terrible way they treat paying customers and will never be going back again. The lack of respect these employees and the manager has for customers is terrible. The manager even proceeded to tell me that his customers had a right to disrespect me because of the tone of my voice, however it was perfectly reasonable for me to be frustrated when their employees never do their job the right way resulting in several inconveniences for me.
