Pollo Tropical

On 4/20/23 time at 6:29 p.m. I place an order for a whole chicken not well done received the order went to the gas station looked at the order it was well done.

Then I return to the store I'll let the employee know hey I have well done chicken she took it with no problem took it to this to the kitchen then I was mad with ignorance when another employee aggressively asked me if I'm going to cook my chicken his attempt to intimidate me didn't work so he tried to laugh it off and say I was just playing I then told him he was out of line and then I while it preparing the food and Martin off being disrespectful at the end I was with more ignorance with another employee with a missing tooth stood there and asked me if I'm good in another attempt to intimidate me didn't work besides proceeded to tell the young man thank you and he slams the window in my face so as I'm reading my receipt to get information to call the store another employee comes out the restaurant to knock on my window to ask me if I'm good again another attempt to intimidate me feel again my complaint should be understood the disrespect would not be tolerated by anybody. Like I said it there was no manager around as loud as they was talking somebody should have known especially a person of authority in the building should have known what was going on unless they're part of it they always a problem at this location no matter what management employees is the same disrespect different body same disrespect.

No I'm a black man these employees were black employees and they treated me like this it's a fact that if I was a white man they would not treat me like this that's what's sad it's just disrespect within the community this is how they treat people who live in the community with them this has to stop please do something about it thank you
