I purchased a bunk bed for my son 26 Mar 11, the delivery truck just showed up. As they were unpacking each item I was scanning it for any defects; sure enough every single piece of the bunk bed was defected, scratched, the wood was fractured, and the steps were completely broken. Someone even QCed the item and put a green sticker on it to identify that it was defected and the factory still wrapped it up (not even in a box) and somehow it ended up at my house. Really...I'm paying $1800 for this bed to find out that every piece was defected, and you could see how they try to patch it up and even paint over the cracks. I found white putty that they tried to use on dings to fill it in. They try to do a patch up job on scratches. I guess Cindy Crawford is not doing very good quality control on her factory in Mexico for piece of crap like this! Unbelievable. I have had problems with stuff I purchased before but this is ridiculous. My son has been waiting patiently to get his bed and all he has is a HUGE disappointment. I will never purchase another product again from rooms to go as long as I live. I will I had a direct e-mail address to Mrs. Cindy...I would defiantly send her a nice letter thanking her for the quality furniture she claims she has.
