I purchased online a tv from best buy. I was to be notified the next day of when to pick up the tv. The next day I was notified it was no longer available. So, I went online the third day and found a tv to purchase. Day four I waited all day to learn when to pick up the tv at best buy. Late that evening I received another email stating that my purchase was again cancelled and the tv was no longer available. Two purchase cancellations in four days. I believe that is the poorest customer service I have ever received.
