Valvoline Instant Oil Change [VIOC] - terminated employee

They terminated me because i was not a assistant manager after being there for a year. I was a Senior tech almost a Assistant manager then i get the boot. They also said i was fired for being late 5 mins a few times over the course of the year. The assistant manager and service center manager were late very often. Even left the shop to handle their own errands, did off the books oil changes for their own personal gains and recommended unneeded services to make more money for corporate who always threatens the manager to keep the sales very high, which comes down to us as well.
