Universal Studios - Disability
My husband is disabled and we called prior to our trip to find out what was needed etc for our trip. He went through the entire process obtained a letter from his MD and submitted it. We waited on the phone for days and never were able to get in touch with anyone. Upon arrival we went to customer service and they told my Husband he could RENT a wheelchair!...

Universal Studios - Employee stole my camera
On July 11 at about 4pm while riding "The Mummy" with my family and friends, we left my wife's purse in the wheelchair. Half hour later, while waiting for another ride, we noticed that our digital camera was stolen. In our way out a storm was starting, so we had to abandon the park. It would be nice if the Park Administrators review the security camera...
