Ramada

I stayed in room #302 at the Orlando Airport location. On August 15, 2019 at 6PM I placed 2 wallets and a watch in the room safe. One wallet contained $1800 in cash. I was in the room after 10PM. When I opened the safe the next morning, these items were missing.

I informed the front desk of the missing items when I checked out, and filled in a police report with Officer Emerson at the airport. (Case #[protected]) (ph: [protected])

I have called the hotel and asked for Spencer Tarplee, general manager. He called me back while I was on the plane. I called him on August 19, and sent an email complaint on August 20, and have not heard back from him.

My experience with Ramada's security and customer service has been very poor. I expect to hear from you soon.
