On Tuesday 12/10/2019 at 7:45 the assist. manager was at the register, I went to pay for $20 gas. I pay with a 10 dollar bill, one $5 bill and $5 dollars in quarters. She was Talking and joking with the coworkers at the same time she was trying to count the money. she got confused and start re-countIng the money. she did it three times. because she was not paying attention at he job she was doing. Then she told me I was short $.50 which was not true because I gave her five dollars in quarters. I don't care about the $.50 at all, it's just the point that she offended me by saying I was wrong when I am sure she did not count correctly since she was distracted. I'm a regular customer at this location getting my gas and coffee. I can get the same thing at one of the other two gas stations in same area. But I always choose your station because normally there is good service. Thank you for reading this complaint and hope emphasis is made on good customer service. Very important.
RaceTrac - swirl world
Ms. T, Amie I went to the race trac to buy some ice cream and I use my Tumblr container because I am riding my motorcycle. So that the ice cream will not melt and stay frozen. Me. Amir has charged me $17 for supposedly 4 big cups from the swirl world. I try to tell her that I can use two small
containers and fill up the other empty tumbler container. I showed her right in front of her at the counter and the two small cups filled the tumbler container to the brim. Just to show her that it doesn't take those real big cups of ice cream and then she just proceeded and charge me $17. She said I over filled out ten when I made them look exactly like the picture and said that no one fills them up like that but I have seen people fill the "over filled" and she doesn't say anything to them.I an totally displeased of the way she treated me. Even though I politely talked to her and showed her. She still went ahead and charged me $17. I would love to get reimbursed for the cost that was charged me.
