Hello my name is Emily Gonzalez I have been a costumer at Panera for years. A few days ago, I had a negative interaction with an employee called Sean, he was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I had walked in the cafe, I had waited for 3 mins and this man named Sean finally took my order, he was very rude and ignorant and I believed that is not how a Panera employee should act, I will never go to that Panera ever again after that horrible experience.
