Off Lease Only

At the Orlando location I was try to get a car and I was having trouble getting approved that night so they told me to leave a deposit so they can try to get me approved. If I don't get approved I can get a refund but if I do get approved there is no refund. So I didn't get approved so I come back to get a refund and the manager tells me my refund process will start in a few weeks since I paid with cash. No one got back to me and they started to dodge me. And now they are telling me they don't do refunds after be told I 2x I will get my refund based on our agreement. Deposit amount $500.
