Mattamy Homes - Warranty issues

I moved july 31st to a quick move house (brand new) at meridian parks located in lake nona, orlando. After I moved in I noticed that all the outlet for cable and power to connect the tv in all the rooms and loft are located in the wrong wall. I asked mattamy homes to fix and they said that the house is classified as inventory so therefore the warranty does not include that. They told me that I should have identified this issue when I did my home inspection.
