KFC

Husband wanted to go get dinner from Mcdonalds but i insisted on KFC. He returned home with cold and hard original recipe chicken which was missing 2 pieces and he didn't get a receipt.. I attempted to call the store but no one answered the phone. This is not my first complaint with this store and i definitely will not be returning and i will tell everyone i know not to go there as well. Money is really tight and to be served like animals is out of my question. I am requesting assistance with this matter ASAP. Thank you
