Burger King

On January 7, 2020 I was flying home to Colorado Springs from Orlando, FL. After standing in line for almost 30 minutes, I was told that they were out of burgers... seriously, Burger King out of burgers. I know things happen unexpectly, but it would not have taken that long to have an employee walk along the waiting line and inform folks before the long wait. I had to get to my gate and didn't have time to wait in other lines, so I settled for the fish sandwich that was cold and dry. I have always loved the burgers and still do, but this was customer service at it's worst.
