National Pool Wholesalers / Internet Pool Group - pool liner
Do NOT do business w/ the company. I ordered a liner from them after speaking on the phone w/ Jim, one of the owners or sales specialist. They sent me a pool liner for a standard 'Mountain Lake' pre-fab pool, the liner did not have the steps cut in, therefore would not fit on the built in metal steps.
I emailed them the telephone log and the notes I had taken during the call, including pricing for the various patterns and yet they still refuse to correct their mistake.
Who would order a liner for a standard pre-fab in-ground pool w/o steps? Makes no sense.
Do business w/ this company at your own peril.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
There was no step measurements included in the order, nor was there any emailed documentation on this quote from the customer about any steps being covered by a liner on the pool.
We have the complete email thread and drawings from the customer.
First time we are seeing a photo of the pool from the customer is when they sent the photo of the liner with the step not being covered properly... which is true as they didnt order a liner with a step being covered.
For consumer privacy reasons, we will not post the email thread, however

I know if this day and age of computers, everyone only complains about companies when they do something wrong, but I am committed, just like ebay that when I received great customer service that I tell people and this seemed like a great place to do it with all the bad publicity on this company. I have purchased many times from National Pool Wholesalers and they always have either gotten me the product quickly or called to discuss reasons for delay and options to complete or cancel the order for a full refund.
Anyway, just wanted to help good companies against all the complainers.
