Burger King - Incorrect order, bad service by management

BK #13310 ticket #82.

Went with daughter bought 2 for $7 quarter pound king, add lettuce and no cheese, and a large onion rings. Got home and order had cheese and no lettuce. I called and spoke to a manager, Shawna. She told me to bring receipt next time and they'll fix it. I told her we threw away ticket on the way out the store and there was no ticket on bag. She said just come in and ask for the mgr, I then asked "don't you need my name?" she said no. I then asked for her name and she told me.

2 days later my daughter and I stopped by the store after school and when the mgr did finally come out the office instead of telling her cashier to tell me she couldn't do anything without a receipt twice (very unprofessional as a mgr). Even though I gave her name and ticket number. The whole staff was watching as she told me there's nothing she could do because it would look like she's giving away free food on camera. As the whole staff is watching, she's making us feel like we're dishonest, even though I spoke with her specifically on the phone. After I expressed the absurdity of being refused to be made whole, she said, "I'll do it this time". I refused under those conditions. I'll never go back there because she made a spectacle and made it seem that I'm just some black guy trying to get something free. It was embarrassing and unprofessional to handle it that way in front of an entire staff standing around. Why did she agree to make good over the phone but when I show up in person she acted like the conversation never happened? I want my money back and this mgr needs more training.

Desired outcome: I want my money back, and for this "mgr" to get more training in customer relations
