On 12/03/20 I ordered lunch and dinner from Wingstop Naples, Fl. When I received the delivery I opened the bag to retrieve my lunch. I found all the dinner packages but not my lunch. Delivery guy was still there so checked with him no other bags. Called Wingstop, the lady immediately said driver stole it. I can tell you by how much there was in the bag that it wouldn't have closed if another box had been added so trust me they forgot my lunch. At no time did she offer to have my lunch made and delivered, instead she put me on forever hold. I hung up called back and explained that not only had they caused me to miss my lunch they are now wasting company time for me having to deal with this. I then demanded my money back to which she replied there is no manager there he'll be back at 4:00 - 4:15. Long story short no lunch, no refund and no conclusion.
This seems to be their MO. They didn’t even give the DoorDash driver my food and I spent literally months trying to get a refund but they were busy ignoring me and shutting down my disputes until I called them out multiple times on social media. I was told someone would actually talk to me to address it but all they offered was a gift card with half my original purchase for “my time”.
