Ruby Tuesday - Hair in food

I ordered the Tuesday Cheeseburger special for takeout. I always get a side of ranch for my fries. Half way through my meal, I saw something black in my ranch. I pulled it up with a fry and it was a short, black, curly hair. I have long red hair, so I know it's not mine. This is the first time this has ever happened. I eat here weekly. I could not finish my meal after seeing that.

Desired outcome: Replacement meal I guess (without the hair).My name is Gabrielle Smart [protected]
