My husband and I moved here in April 2022. 2 months later , a male over 55 moved in next door. Immediate fighting ( contact fighting started ) with his girl friend. Multiple times police were called. and complaints fled with the office manager. He moved out about one month later and his young granddaughter moved in. This is a lease section of the park. This is a 55 y/o community. The man has not been seen for over 6 months.

His granddaughter now has a huge amount of her young friends living in the home. Young people who think it's acceptable to scream/yell/party/sing at the top of the voice to very loud rap music. I have hear so many racial comment's against the white senior community. The fact that these young people are constantly bringing in other friends who hang out/ drink/smoke pot/curse each other at the top of their voices, both inside and outside of the home. etc.etc.etc.

My husband and I have talked with management , as have our other neighbors. We have asked for resolution to get the young people out and have been completely ignored.

We are in fear of guns being pulled and pointed at us because of the mentality of those who are in that home now. Or being physically attacked by visitors of the young people who show no fear because we are seniors.

I overheard one young man said " I don't care about the "White [censored]s "

hearing me. I'll do what I want up in here !

This is mild compared to somethings they scream at the top of their voices.

Enough is enough !

We didn't sign on for this garbage and moving is not an option right now.

ELS...DO YOUR DAMN JOB FOR THOSE WHO DO OBEY THE RULES !

We were told the case is in legal, but, then told today that it hasn't been addressed yet.

No wonder there is a Class action lawsuit against the company.

Should we have any harm to us or our property as the result of ELS not resolving this issue. I will own the place and
