On Septermber 2nd, 2021, at approximately 2300 hours, Allied Universal Guard Cliff Little invited not just one, but 3 people to post for non work related activity. This was brought up to an Allied Universal Supervisor, who informed me that "There is no proof, so nothing will be done" this is a major security breach and a direct violation of post orders. Cliff also patrols the property out of uniform on a consistent basis. I would have reported this incident sooner, but Cliff threatened me, Claiming "If *they* start looking into what *we* are doing here, and *I* lose *my* job, there are no cameras in this office and it takes 25 minutes for police to arrive." Cliff was also referring to the fact that roving guards smoke marijuana on property, which is not only against Allied Universal policy, but Werner as well. The people Cliff invited to property were his significant other, a Caucasian heavier set woman, one of her friends, an approximately 5' woman of some sort of Latin decent, and a man, approximately 6' tall. These individuals arrived in a white minivan as well as a red SUV. All of which is verifiable through the security camera footage of that night.
