Keys deactivated and someone else has a new key to the apartment, opened up the door and came in while my family member was in there sleeping. No new keys given until July 8 late night
Apartment was not secured for one day by security guard July 7
Valuables stolen and apartment left open.
Is this a resort. or econo lodge. Pathetic
