BJ's Wholesale Club - I have numerous complaints

I tried to do a survey but the system doesn't allow me to continue without a receipt!

I've been a member for 10+ years and have become totally upset with the number of times I have gone to the club to find the same items not available.

I have gone over to Sam's club, which I am not longer a member, and locate those products on the shelves at a better prices.

I am totally upset with the "OUT OF Order" on the air pump at the gas pumps. The pump is out of order more than it is working and it seems to take FOREVER to have it fixed! I've talked to the attendant and they have no idea as to when it will be repaired!

I have noticed when a coupon or a shelve discount is available, the product isn't there until the the coupon or sale is no longer available!
