1. Theft of property
2. No follow up with regards to structural issues
3. Have been harassed by them in the form of bogus liens
4. The hoa board president and one of my neighbors have been harassing me by calling authorities with bogus noise complaints at various times through out the day when I don't even have my tv on
5. Bogus tow issues on my truck for having a paddle board in the back
6. They never replaced the nasty gutters they removed and when it rains there is soup in my back yard
7. They engage in misconduct in the form of nepotism and favoritism (give them extra land with brick pavers and landscaping
8. Have tried to schedule meetings with Sherri Janu the manager for years and she won't respond to my families concerns
9. They have installed security cameras pointing only at my truck and home
10. They built a freaking wall/fence/ partition in the back of my unit (the only one out of 166 units).
We are being targeted! These are messed up business practices and not on illegal conduct...
11. There is a current police investigation. I will not stay silent anymore!

Thank you for taking time to reach out and express your concern.
First and foremost, I wanted to clarify that Kingdom Management is not the homeowners association (HOA) to which your unit belongs. Kingdom Management is the management company of your condo association.
As the management company, we take our job of protecting your property values very seriously and know that often requires asking all residents to bring their homes into compliance with the association’s governing documents. At this time, we are aware that you are in an active lawsuit with the condo association for numerous violations to the governing documents.
To ensure equal treatment of all residents, Florida law requires your association to enforce all violations of the association’s governing documents to which all residents must agree when they move into their units.
Knowing this, the board has decided to pursue your violations. It is important to note that Kingdom Management did not vote on this decision.
This is a matter between Ms. Junker and the board. Furthermore, because this is a legal matter, we here at Kingdom Management are not at liberty to discuss this further.
