Firestone Complete Auto Care

I have been going to Firestone for over 20 years I like their warrant and how they stad behind their product. In that time I have only been treated extremely rudely by one manager 2 Joe at the Normandy location in Jacksonville, FL. Store # 004871. I have filed 2 complaints and this person already. The last time when I went to this location which is the closest by my house and he was there I just drove to another location 12/17/21 when he was there I was just dropping off a tire and did not want to leave to go to another Firestone. I figure what could he do to make this process terrible. When he managed to, he accused me of not buying the tire at Firestone and said it was not covered by the warranty. Which was a complete lie, so after more research he reluctantly agreed to accept the tire for repair.
