Extra Space Storage

My storage was illegally sold in Jacksonville Florida Bowden Road extra space storage I was given a date to 16, 2023 of June, the manager there said she sold it on the 13th. She had sent me a email typo that said the 16th by mistake and that she’s sorry, SORRY 😢 are you Kidding me All my items are gone. I have been crying ever since and the district manager was like oh well, you were late they were trying to contact the woman who sold my items to to get it bad like how unprofessional is that then she asked me what was in my storage and what was the worst I told of 20,000 she tried to offer me $2000 which is completely insane This is clearly not my mistake as extra space storage mistake that her finger slipped off the three and hit to six. She sent me six emails stating that I had to June 16 to pay the storage. I have all the emails I have to get a lawyer at this point because I’m not letting up I cannot open my salon or I

move in my salon NOW the owner that is trying to rent out the property to me was telling me that I have to move in soon or he has a sell the property to someone else so now that I’m out of 20 K of salon equipment I’m about to lose the whole salon, that I work so very hard for my sweet blood and tears, until this business that I used to cater to women fighting cancer my salon is in a nonprofit Salon that cater to women fighting cancer and losing their hair I am so distraught I can’t even provide services for them now. I am stressed out I’m not eating. All my money is gone into that salon and my salon equipment I am so depressed. I don’t know what else to do. I’m a have to take legal action if something is not done about this immediately I am I have to go to social media the news Better Business Bureau this is not fair the manager name is Joanne gang The district manager name is ERAN SCHLUN when I spoke with her, she was gaslighting me, trying to manipulate me into thinking it was my fault because I was late, but I was late before the due date. I had four more days until my property was going to be auctioned off I have the right to pay on the day of, they had no right auctioning off my property early and telling me it was my fault. I need something to be done immediately. This situation to be rectified immediately. I have no more money I cannot work. I cannot think I’m losing money and I’m losing my salon now, so now I’m so distraught I can’t even provide for my clients… i’m about to call the local news channel and let them know that these people really stole all my belongings and illegally sold it. This is illegal. I just can’t stop crying.
