American Eagle Outfitters

We were shopping for jeans for our son, we get to the store at 7:45pm. Greeted by a worker who tells us the fitting rooms are closed for the night. My son has gone through a growth spurt, so trying them on was important. Then another worker comes up later, and said technically the store closed a minute ago, I started walking to the checkout and decided to not purchase the jeans, I was so disgusted at how rushed I felt. Did not feel good making the purchase. I used to shop at AE for my older daughters, this lack of customer service has put a really bad mark on AE. Disappointing. My son will get jeans tomorrow, but just not from AE. Put the customer first, provide good customer service, maybe we will be back
