Cracker Barrel

They make it impossible to contact them. Their website has no email address, their chat line does not work and their 800 phone rings busy.

I am 85 years old. I have eaten at Cracker Barrel at least 50 times over the years. I always order my favorite meal consisting of sweet tea, grilled cat fish green beans, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, biscuits and apple butter. I live in the Indianapolis, Indiana area and spend Winters in Fort Myers, Florida.

I know operating a business right now is hard, when you can't get good employees. I noticed you closed your I-465 & Michigan Road location in Indianapolis. I suggest you also close the one at 10090 Daniels Parkway, Fort Myers, Florida. It is giving your chain a bad name. I recently ate there and EVERYTHING was bad. The iced tea tasted awful. I sent it back and got water. Both the fish and green beans were burned and the mashed potatoes were dry and hard. To add insult to injury, I was charged 35 cents for the apple butter, which had always been free. When I complained, I was told there was a new cook.
