As a former employee of Mailboxes Etc NKA UPS store... I am well aware of the process of shipping packages. I pre-packaged items to be shipped on 2/3/21 and when our recipient opened the damaged box... It was the correct label and incorrect package. I contacted the store immediately. The manager/owner was difficult to get ahold of and when I did he wasn't concerned for our "lost" package but more the reputation of his employee who made an error and the reputation of his business. He said he would contact all customers who shipped on that day and give him 10 days. I gave like 2 weeks... No response. I emailed and 2 days later he responded and blamed ups. Took no ownership or blame. There's no way he checked with everyone or anyone. Someone else is missing a package they were waiting for. When I called him out on it again and wanted my package found or my $ back... He responded so rudely and unprofessional. I will never darken their door again and make sure no one else will either.
