Coach

I went to the coach store today located in the sawgrass mills mall in sunrise florida looking for a few things as we walked in was never greeted nor did anyone at any point ask or even offer to help us the store itself was empty but it seems like salespeople would rather just chat amongst themselves rather than offer any help. We had to get in line at the register just to find out a price. I was ready to purchase a new and expensive purse and decided I was not going to give money to a store that won't even acknowledge me. I have an entire closet full of coach and spend a lot of money with you but this is unacceptable I spoke to the manager and advised him of how I feel and he really didn't seem to really care much... It really is a shame today all my business went to michael kors I will be taking all my business elsewhere
