The UPS Store

Upon 5/31/23 mailed 3 boxes of family heirloom China at UPS Store #4388,2880 David Walker Dr, Eustis, Fl 32726, Mgr Saumil Nihalani. Upon delivery, China was received broken from delivery! I followed claim procedure from store to file for damages. Went to website (online. upscapital.com/tccp) and never received "validation codes" to proceed with claim (tried 3 days in a row, on hold atleast 25 min (!?). Following day, got 5 VM's w/ Bogus 800 phone numbers! Went to mgr of UPS Store and was told that recipient WAS to file for claim(s). That person got same results/procedures as myself. Was suppose to meet w/ Mgr a 2nd time and he didn't show! Met w/ mgr a 3rd time (6/22/230 and asked for a refund ($89.27) and said he already sent refund to me (a lie). I left store... I have pictures of broken goods and receipts of sale...
