CVS - Customer service
I received a text letting me know that they will try to contact my doctor for refill. The prescriptions are correct, however the Dr isn't. I attempted to call to speak with the pharmacy Sunday 11-12-23 about 5:00pm. The person that answered needs to go to like a PHONE PRO class. She was so rude. First of all, they close for lunch and dinner. The hours for the CVS are not listed correctly on the website. Nothing indicates they close for anything. She said, "you will need to call back on Monday. We are getting ready to close". Didn't say for dinner, or for the evening. She slams the telephone down. I worked in customer service for almost 40 years. If I would have acted like that, I would have been fired. I called today 11-13-2023 about 1PM. She acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. she told me to contact dr when the message clearly says CVS will contact him. I asked if they could remove the wrong doctor.. She proceeded to tell me no doctor listed other than my pcp. Felt like I was in twilight zone. I just signed up for home delivery. You might want to check Yelp or any other site people can complain. This CVS is the worst.
Desired outcome: hopefully, someone will shape up this CVS. and they will update the website to include times they are closed.
