Steak 'n Shake - unclean dirty restaurant

Wait time is very long from the time you get there about 20 at front, to be seated, to getting your drinks...another 15 to 20 mins, then ordering...longer wait times for your food whivh took about 30-35 mins. I wanted to leave but my buddy wanted a S&S burger.
I had time to look around & noticed dirty dishes on the counter top, food, napkins, receipts on the floor. To top it off, the busboy brings in a big Garbage can to the tables to clear away the dishes. I was mortified. Is this a restaurant or an outdoors BBQ joint ? I did not want to eat anything at this place.

It gets worse...there was a fire in the kitchen the same time. I took some pictures. This is pure nasty practices at this location. No one cares anymore as long as the $$ is in their pockets ? Can someone please address Mgt about this. I am also going to contact the Food Admin and City for an inspection and observation. It was too dirty and nasty !

Steak 'n Shake - service

Not sure who is the manager of the Coral Springs store, but he should be fired. My party of 4 were seated and sat there for 40 minutes waiting for someone to come to our table, and it wasn't until we asked for a manager that we got service. Not even to ask what drinks we would like! My wife felt uncomfortable with order food after making our complaint known, so we ended up leaving without eating. The business had only ten tables occupied, one of which was sat after us and received service prior to us. There were female employees sweeping floors right next to our table, but we invisible! My granddaughter loves Steak n Shake, but we ended up at Wendy's, because this was totally ridiculous and intolerable!

Steak 'n Shake - lying about being closed and rude when I called the store

Just got out of work at 11pm, tired and starving I went to the closest fast food I could find that was open. Went through the drive thru and waited 5 minutes asking the if they were open. I drive to the window and see the employees goofing off. I called the store to ask if they were open and the response was no. I thought steak and shake was open 24/7? I asked if they were open 24/7 and the employee said not today and I responded with "why? what's the occasion?" The employee rudely hung up the phone without answering my question. I called a few minutes later and asked if I could get the manager or the district managers numbers but the employee said no, there's only corporate. So I asked for the corporates number and the employee told me to google it. I have never seen such laziness and irresponsible store in my life! I've put up with waiting almost an hour for a burger and a milkshake in the same location that I went to tonight but tonight is the last time I will be going to this location until the management or all the employees are change to better ones because right now it is the worst I have ever seen.
