Good morning, my daughter and myself went into your store in Clearwater Florida at Countryside Mall December 16, 2020 at around 12:10pm as we were up at the checkout counter I overheard the customer man and his wife trying to return clearance items and the manager Lou (female) said "we are not suppose to do it but we will take your clearance return back for you" Ok so back to our check out I give my $5 coupon to the cashier that I received because I signed up for the store credit card a few months ago and they gave me a $5 because of that, when I went to give it to the cashier he didn't know how to enter it so Lou came over and said it expired last month, I said "there has been a virus going around and we have not been out" she said she cannot honor it for us, I told her I just heard her bend there rules and take the return so why can't you just take off the $5 coupon for us? She said NO please keep in mind there were no other customers on line so no one heard anything, she could have done it, I said to her you bend the rules for the customers that you choose, so there a little older couple my daughter is a tween and I'm a young mom, she didn't want to bend the rules for us only for the couple, that is discrimination, I was shocked that I witnessed Lou do it for one customer and said NO to us. I just wanted to let you know that your manager needs a customer service course and to have some compassion because of covid and certainly, not to discriminate. Thank you for your time.
