I purchased new tires and spent $1100.00. They made an appointment for Saturday, September 9th at 9 am. After 3 hours later, the car is ready. You need to hire more help. 2 people are not capable of handling sales and work load. While waiting, I had several customer walks away. I think BJ was losing $6,000 per hour. You have best pricing and brands.
Desired outcome: None, I was promised 1 hour.
