Zaxby's - Poor customer service

When I pulled up to the drive thru it was 9:45pm. There was 3 cars in front of me including the one currently at the speaker. It took them almost the entire 15 min just to take those 3 orders. When I finally got to the speaker at 9:58pm a recording came on saying they were now closed. I pulled up to the window and asked them if the were serinot going to take my order. He said sorry we are short staffed and still refused to take my order. That seems to be their excuse for everything because a couple months ago I placed an order online. The purpose of that is to not have to wait in line. When I got there at 8:00 pm the door was locked. Google and the hours stated on the door say the lobby is open til 9:00pm. The line was wrapped halfway around the building so I called and asked why they were closed inside and how am I supposed to get my food. He told me they are short staffed and I have to wait in line at drive through. Needless to say by the time I was to the window I was handed watered down drinks and cold food. Even tho they weren't open in the lobby I watched him walk around the counter to get my food off the pick up shelf.
