This company is my supplier thru Medicare and my secondary insurer and they are the worst medical supply company I have ever used for my supplies. Ordered new pillows, mask, hose and replacement tank over one month ago and still haven't received them. When I called them they said they would check and let me know what the problem was and would call me back. Never called back for several days so I called them and was told they didn't have all the needed supplies as the mask and pillows were on back order and couldn't send the other pieces till they had all the items that I ordered. One week later I received a box containing two pillows and half of the head gear. No tank, hose or filters. Tried calling the local Beverly Hills Lincare office where I ordered the equipment and they don't answer their phone. Called again later and got an answering service. The technician and office personnel are poorly trained, don't seem to have any concern for there customers and aren't doing any service for the company or their customers. Don't use them for your medical supplies if at all possible.
