DHGate.com - tall black heeled boots

I ordered two pairs of tall black boots: a pair in white and a pair in black. They have heart gems with a tossel on the side. On one black boot the heart gem with the tossel is missing off of it. Can you please send me a new pair in size 7 US size. I waited a month to get these boots and I'm very upset. Please contact me soon.
