Beware of this Real Estate Website Design company. They claim to be in the United States however if you do just a little bit of digging their are actually located in the UAE and only have a shell corporation setup through an online corporation registry website. Please look up their mailing address.
Being in the RAK FTZ leaves them with the ability to dissolve their corporation and run back to Dubai or anywhere in the UAE and good luck exploring legal action there.
Realtyna - No services and agent stopped to communicate with me
I wasn’t impressed with the services of www.realtyna.com. I recently contacted the agent from the company and explained in details what I really wanted from them. The rep told me that the whole job could be done within 4 days. He told to pay deposit and promised to contact me very y soon. I waited the whole week and heard nothing from the rep. Unfortunately, this guy decided to mislead me and he did it. I just really want to stop the company from scamming of other people. Help me with it.
Peter, As you mentioned, Realtyna is one of the best service providers that I dealt with. I think this guy or gal (Sheila) is working on behalf of one of Realtyna competitors ;-) This is common these days. I informed realtyna about this. It seems they know who is he.
I have a very good experience with Realtyna on my website. Their support team is very responsive and if respect their support coverage, they will provide support to you. needless to say, if you broken your agreement with them, (like altering their codes) they are not going to provide support to you.
We've had a terrible experience working with them. A 3-4 week set up has taken 6mos. Their support team is vague, their documentation is almost non-existant.
I had them rebuild my two real estate sites. We had a few hic ups along the way but feel a lot of it was my issues not understanding the server side issues as I set up on my own servers and perhaps a few language communication issues with a few of their tech people. But Our sites have ran smoothly since and when I do have an issue with an update or something they are very quick at fixing it for me. This is a legit company and their software may have a leraning curve but does do what they claim. I only wish I could find a Web Admin who could help me with the SEO upkeep as I just don't have timer to keep adding new content. If someone could keep up with content and updates I'd really be a happy camper!
I dealt with this company before and they are valid and they have acceptable service.
In addition, I verified their phone number and they pick up the phone in U.S.
[protected] or [protected] is their number. (Though, they only provide general information on the phone. Their technical support is only email based).
Realtyna LLC has a shell LLC set up in Delaware. Notice the LLC and their registered agent DELAWARE INTERCORP, LLC
have the same address! Good luck trying to locate their corporate phone number in Delaware or California.
This is a false claim. Realtyna has a branch in Dubai, India and UK and like any other US based company they can have branch anywhere in the world. For sure, Dubai is not their headquarter.
I have great experience with them and they delivered the work perfectly and on-time, so I am going to defend them here. I know many of my colleagues who used their service in the best shape.
I think the reviewer is a pathetic competitor who lost the clients to Realtyna's quality service and trying to find a subject to damage their credit. It's time for this site's editor to step up and clean up the daily accusations from this website.
