On February 28th about 10:10am I went to check in on line; first thing then when I got to the Salon I was told I wasn't checked in; that it must have been the other location. I know where I checked in first of all I put the zip code in and selected the correct location I wanted. Which was at 659 Middletown Warwick Rd. After telling them what service I wanted I was told to have a seat and someone would be with me shortly two workers went to the back of the salon for a few minutes and upon returning the male employee told me that no one that is here this morning feels comfortable doing my hair. Then was told they don't want me to be upset with my hair being done. I went to cosmetology school and I know theory and practical is taught in school. I was very offended and felt degraded because there was another customers there getting her hair done ., I have used your salons for ten plus years and never been told this or was made to feel like something was to matter with my hair. I am very upset by this and feel that in this day and age that customer services should be a top priority for any business but to make a customer of ten plus years feel the way I did is outrageous.
