I ordered lunch for hours in advance to pick up at 3 PM at the West Hartford cheesecake factory in Connecticut. When I arrived I went inside and there were six people waiting with no worker behind the counter. A young girl came up to everybody and ask them if they need to be seated or they were waiting for pick up. I asked her how long the pick up is and she did not know the answer. Finally another girl came up to the register and started taking money. I asked the girl in front of me when she ordered and she said 230 and it was 3:10 PM. When I got up to the register I asked them how long it would be and the girl called the back and no one answered so she said she didn't know. At that point I asked them to cancel my order. The manager came over and I asked him how long it would be and he didn't know. He did not try to find out or object to me canceling. I am never going back to that restaurant. Total chaos and the workers are not organized. The online orders should be kept to a minimum if the staff can't keep up. I'm very disappointed.
