Warmest greetings, I'm writing regarding a purchase at your Chase Ave, Waterbury, CT store, I asked for Vermont Cheddar White LACTOSE FREE cheese. My family and I are Lactose intolerant. I either DID NOT! Receive lactose free cheese or the cheese was expired because after consuming the cheese all of us experienced severe! Abdominal pain, cramping, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. I know it was definitely the cheese due to the fact even family members who had nothing, but grilled cheese sandwiches were very ill and my sister who I made a sandwich for experienced the same exact symptoms. I still have some of the cheese left and my receipt. These horrific symptoms lasted for 2 days and some of us are still not feeling well. This caused me to miss an important event.
