I just informed their rep, Sade, to leave word up on empty capsule, today, because I'd like a replacement cap. I have to call back because it's Sunday morning and the department for handling this is not in. These caps are $16.78 per cap. They should have better Quality Control if they are going to charge consumers that much money. I'm not sure if I want to use this product anymore because with lack of control, who knows what you're inhaling.

I've been taking Spriva for several years for COPD prescribed by VA. In the last year or so, about 10% of the caplets inhaled have nothing inside. I advised my doctor's nurse about this. He asked why they would do that (jeopardize government contract). I replyed for profit, of course.
