Hazelton's

I ordered a gourmet gift basket for a friend who had surgery, $165. Was to be delivered within 3 days, 9 days later it still had not arrived, and this basket consisted of gourmet cheeses, this basket was in transit for 9 days and was then sent back to hazelton's. (per their request). But hazelton's sent me an email saying it had been delivered to the recipient, when I could track the basket and see that it never was. I have tried for an entire month to get my refund and they even said it was being refunded but now they will not even reply. After researching, I find out this is a norm of the man, who has many companies and many alias and this is what he does.
