I am a member of the Planet Fitness in Derby Ct. The stand-up tanning beds have not worked for several days now. (it's going on weeks) I understand that there are lay down beds that do work. I suffer with back problems. I cannot lay flat on my back without being in pain. I am sure I am not the only person with this issue. This is in violation of my membership.
Desired outcome: Replace stand-up tanning beds. They have been serviced several times already and still not working.
