I wrote a complaint about your manager Katrina at store # 7472. The time was closer to 7:30pm or 8Pm. Your attention to this abuse is appreciated. This is supposed to be 350 characters or more to get any attention. Wonderful. Please see my detailed complaint to corporate. I believe this manager Katrina is a disgrace to your company. To be treated the way I was by an employee of your company, let alone a manager should not be tolerated by your company let alone a long time customer. I called the store this morning to make sure that your manager Katrina was not working and was told they will never let a customer know if an employee is working or not. Do your employees get death threats to justify this policy? I don't understand. I want a public apology from your manager Katrina, I also want to make sure I never have to deal with her in this store again. I am spreading the word of the terrible managers you hire and the abuse I suffered at your # 7472 store.
