Carl's Jr. - Manger at the la junta co store

She is rude as hell and won't give me her name she is a short Mexican lady on the heavier side she has told me that I didnt order some things and I did and she has been ever so rude with me when I go back or call about the missing food from my orders I feel she needs to find herself another job where she isn't in customer service and if she doesn't get fired I'm going to go probably higher than this

Claimed loss: I have lost over 15$ in eggs alone don't get me wrong I love Carl's Jr breakfast when I receive my order right I have spent a lot of money there but going to take my money somewhere else unless this lady is dealt with

Desired outcome: Her fired for leak of customer service skills and her attitude she's got more attitude than she does customer service skills she needs to move on find another job that doesn't deal with human beings obviously
