You think these idiots mess up your accounts? Try working for them. In my opnion they discriminate and the company consists of 98% white. They give the crap jobs to all the minorities and let them go when its convenient.
As far as your accounts go they dont have much on documentation and rely on only one person to process all your payments. Millions of dollars are at risk on a daily basis. They dont care if they mess up they only care about making money. Your personal information can be messed up at any time because not many people know how to work the system and the system is very old. Want to make a difference? Take the surveys or write the FSA, Federal Student Aid. These people should not be trusted to handle your money or information.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
