Plato's Closet

I've gone to this store multiple times, and each time somewhere there's a problem. I've brought the same bag of clothing in twice and clothes that were once rejected were bought, etc. I shouldn't have to come back multiple times to get the job done. Today really upset me. The manager it looked like had an impolite attitude towards me for coming in after 2 and a half hours (being told I'd wait 45 minutes). Asked for my name and was looking for my bun, I thought it was behind her but it wasn't and she rudely snapped back saying no it wasn't mine. Then she said well if you didn't get a text it's not done, me being told I'd wait a lot less time said, well it had been two and a half hours I just wanted to check up. Giving me the eyebrows, and raising her voice, I interrupted and said "I get it" and waited another thirty minutes for it to be done. Terrible customer service, honestly haven't Ever been treated worse by a store manager or employee generally. I'm pissed.
