Del Taco

Today, 1/9/24 at 3:49pm, I encountered an extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional employee named Paul at Del Taco located at 4310 N Academy Blvd in Colorado Springs, CO. He informed me to fire off my order, even though, I had an order number. He rudely told me other customers do it all the time. He became extremely hostile and confrontational when I asked for his name. I told him that I would speak to Del Taco customer service instead. This person needs to be trained on how to better handle issues with the mobile app. He, also, needs to understand that it is his job to provide good customer service, rather than, rude and demeaning statements. He informed me that giving him my name or order number was a waste of his time.
