The representative who I talked to was very rude. I received a letter asking me to call regarding Medicare B enrollment date. She also had the letter and she said I'm not sure what this is about, I will have to ask around. I stated to her I applied for Medicare B and I assume this is what the letter is for. She screamed at me and said when do you want to start Medicare B. So she did know what this was all about. I tried to explain to her I have medical coverage now, but it will end after retirement in August. She rudely said I asked you one question now answer it. I state to her you should not speak to customers like this. She said I will send your application back and she said rudely have a Happy New Year and chuckled and hung on me. I never had someone talk to me like this. Thank you Adrianne J Duran
