Using a google search I accessed the web page for your store in Windsor N. California. The site listed the products I need. I then drove about 20 miles (40 round trip) for the nettec booster.
That store closed down 1 or 2 years ago.
I can understand the inventory not being up to date, but not knowing which stores even exist says a lot about your companies oversight of operations.
I look forward to your response to this, before taking this further.
